Prevention of dust emissions in a handling and processing plant where alternately BAUXITE, SILICA and LIMESTONE are transported.
All materials to be handled will be taken by SKW or shovel loader to a feeding bunker of which the discharge - shown here in the transport of bauxite - is achieved by means of an apron conveyor that transloads onto a conveyor belt. Handling capacity is 250 tons per hour. Granularity is 0 - 300 mm with £ 20 % of fines 0 / 2 mm.
The materials pass the following crushing and screening units and are then stockpiled. Our relevant reference sheets contain information about the bunker supply, the situation at the impact crusher and the stockpiling. Brochures about the technology described are available.
The maximum delivery capacity of the ECS installation is 2000 litres per hour
